Starr chooses Burning Tree

I asked him. He said his wife had one friend in Montgomery County who sent her kids to Burning Tree, and she wanted to live near her friend. That makes sense to me.

What concerns me more is how he keeps going around talking about how great the system is. And his goal is to maintain it. He has a lot to learn!

not about FARMs and Schools at a Glance - about OP's being "in the know" as to where Starr is moving/sending his kids
