Everytime I’ve seen this they price the house as if the work has been done. They’re hoping to trick someone.

I think it’s helpful. It shows the existing room and then what it could be with a little bit of work. Now, if they didn’t have any before pictures, then I would think that’s very misleading obviously. I see nothing wrong with this.
