I made a really bad Typo

Picture this: a white lady sending a blank survey to my black colleague. Except that I titled my attachment blacksurvey. Instead of blank.

A few days later, my colleague contacted me again asking for a copy and acting like she didn't receive the one I sent. I can only hope that the universe did me a solid and sent my typo to spam.

But I still cringe about it regularly.
