Honestly, what is the difference if you have 60 percent Level 4 and 40 percent Level 3? Some of the Level 3 kids outperform the Level 4 kids but for some reason did not get in.

We asked at the info sessions and our base school flat out said there weren't enough level 3 kids to even form a full class of 3+4. So they go into a class with everyone and the teacher doesn't have time to truly give full time level 4
