We know what the test score distribution looks like so we can work backward from the result and say that there are a lot of black students with significantly lower test scores getting into selective law schools. Racists always try to preserve their racial preferences because they think their racial preferences are virtuous when they're simply racist.

You have no idea what these particular admitted Black students’ test scores were, though, do you? So whose racial preferences exactly are YOU trying to protect?

You can extrapolate a ceiling of those “unknown” scores based on what LSAC releases concerning nationwide racial score breakdowns. It is safe to assume nearly every one admitted is in the bottom half of Harvard’s score distribution. Of course, you don’t care if that’s the case or not and think they should be admitted with a 160, a face tattoo, and a double homicide felony.
