Agree. The pendulum is swinging back, thank god. I have always loved Chapelle. He ended this special with something about Israel - which I couldn’t care less about (I think that whole area needs to be left alone to fight amongst themselves. I think the heat makes them all nuts) but I think you’re right. People listen to him. He’s anti Israel. Let’s see how this all plays out.

I voted for Trump and I absolutely agree. What he said about Meathead was pretty bad. He needs to stop that petty crap. Although I’m pretty convinced he isn’t the actual one writing this stuff on his social media, but that’s a separate story.

There’s a lot I don’t agree with Trump on, but overall I’m happy with the job he’s doing. I’m not one of those “vote blue no matter who” nutjobs who will stand behind the Dems no matter what they do or how horribly they eff up. And you guys think we’re in a cult? Agree. Chapelle is Gen X. Not locked into Boomer habits and sensibilities. But he doesn't identify with the identity politics of Millennials and Gen Z either. For Gen X, there's nothing special about being trans or being Israeli. An a$$hole is still an a$$hole. And Chapelle wanders that space like a Gen X person does. His commentary is very generational. Boomers and Gen Z won't go anywhere near the topics Chapelle deals with. It's not a surprise that a lot of old people and young people don't click with Chapelle today. He is very generational. Gen Z is probably the most aware of Israel's crimes and embeddedness in US politicians, more than any other generation. They are the opposite of boomers when it comes it comes to support of Israel.
