Who has the trust, from whom, who pays its annual taxes, and what kind of trust is it?
If it’s your spouse's trust from their parents or grandparents or your spouse’s trust for your kids, it will NOT factor in to child support payments. Get a different divorce strategy OP, whomever’s money funded the trust, it’s not touchable here. |
