Drop off bday party at movie theater - gut check

I did a movie (kung fu panda 4) for DD’s 7th. We met at the theater and then walked to the Cold Stone across the street. It was so easy! But I knew all the parents to various degrees and offered to buy parent tickets too. There were 6 friends (so 7 girls total). My husband and I and our older daughter (11 at the time) sat in the row behind the girls and one grandmother stayed and watched the movie too. I did have to take one girl to the bathroom during the movie.
