Seriously? Your world uses homophobic insults on the reg?

I’m assuming it’s F*ck that is standard not F**

Which goes to show how much things have changed. My kid had literally never heard that word before.

They’ve never heard F@ck?

How old are they?

The word that also refers to a bundle of sticks.

I think it should be self explanatory that saying a swear word (like "f*ck") is very different from saying a SLUR. Shame on you OP

I swear a lot and agree with this 1000% - slur is way different than a swear and that is why she was so shocked

F*g
Gay

Agree. These were thrown around daily+ in the 90s. And we never would say N. If I heard it in school, there would be a fight coming. Rare, very offensive.

Where for my kids they hear n everyday even in classes
But they don’t use f**. It’s as rare as n in the 90s.

They do use gay as a minor minor insult, but .. not as much an insult. It’s different, I don’t know how to say it.

R is a non-issue. They wouldn’t use it, and they aren’t that aware.

I didn't know that was a swear word. Just a stupid outdated slur.

Or a regular cigarette in the UK.

Can figure out the other one but what is this one? Always up to learn new words and slang.

That’s so gay is still around and it is not used in an ugly way. Watch Modern Family. They always make gay jokes, Colombian jokes and whatever. Still funny.

Kids are a lot more prudish these days. A shocker for those of us who grew up in the 80s and 90s.
