Who really get into Stanford?

DDs friend got in. Her dad is a physics professor. She is white, Oregon, IB diploma. Smartie but no crazy ECs.

From DC's high school, they take the top-ranked URM every year and no one else.

To answer OPs question, the one commit from DD HS is on the US national team for her sport. Also very smart and well liked. Great kid. And blessed with super athleticism and power.

Stanford, Harvard, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, and MIT and are all less than 30 percent white.
