Does your DH give you a period present?

this is one of the more repulsive things I've heard of. I really have zero interest in my husband being so aware of my cycle. gross.

this thread is so gross, so dumb, and so DCUM.

I would love it if my partner understood me/my cycle well enough to know when to bring home a bag of chips and some sweet snacks, but calling it a "period present" is kinda weird. I didn't get "push presents" for having my kids either. I don't expect gifts for bodily functions. Just seems strange to me.

Why do you hate yourself so much?

You will love Bluesky if you don't already.

Would you want this?

I can't decide if I would.
My DH doesn't , he does get me snacks and the heating pad when I ask.

No

No one does this here or there.

Don’t conflate some random thing you read as mainstream or even close to side stream.

So you just surprise him when some extra iron he tries to go down on you? LOL.

Periods are so last century. Get an IUD already.

That said, my partner takes care of me when I need it. If he sees I'm unwell, he mades a good guess at what might help, or he asks what he can do to make me feel better. He doesn't limit this to once a month. It's just how people who love each other behave.
