The only ones I haven’t tried in this thread are Muskra-t, fried ravioli from St Louis (I’ve tried fried ravioli elsewhere) and Taco Pizza.

I wouldn’t say anything listed is a must-try before you die.

Green posole from New Mexico with hominy and pork
Roast pork with broccoli rabe and provolone in Philly
Hot lobster roll with butter on a toasted roll
Brisket and banana bourbon pie at Franklin Barbecue in Austin
Frank Pepe pizza with gorgonzola, spinach and mushroom and also pizza with clam and bacon
