I've never gotten any of those, or anything else, so I guess that qualifies me to say this: Her body, her business, but the combo of new (skeezy-looking) dude plus selling her late spouse's journal entries while NDAing his family plus party tits on display anywhere she can display them doesn't exactly suggest stability or strong mental health and I feel bad for her kids. You can have a great life, and a great relationship, without needing balloon boobs.
