Best way to rent out a SFH

This is actually illegal in DC: https://code.dccouncil.gov/us/dc/council/code/sections/42-3505.10#:~:text=(e)(1)%20A,upon%20by%20a%20housing%20provider.

Granted, you can use the info that leads to the score, so effectively there may not be much difference. But you would certainly not want to make a certain credit score an explicit requirement in listing the place.

It's fine in VA.
