The doctor gave her timeslot or someone else .
I get it. Medicine is unpredictable. OP didn't complain about that. But charging OP because the doctor saw someone else instead,m during other time, and charged them for it (as you know the doctor does if you go over time presenting a more complex code than the office planned for), is beyond the pale. The doctor wasn't wasting their time trying to serve OP. The doctor was busy working! |

In the time it took you to post about it here you could have contacted someone with the healthcare provider who could actually the situation for you.
But kudos on your internet tizzy. |
Funny how the computer systems are almost always set up to automatically charge you money when they make a mistake, instead of not charge you money when they make mistake. Don't let this be normal. The computer is a tool. The computer isn't in charge. If you send bogus invoices, the doctor's office, and then cancel them only when someone challenges you, you'd go to jail for fraud. Why it's okay for a corporation to send bogus invoices to you? You aren't getting paid to fix their mistakes. |
Would you prefer there are no topics here and no content at all? These are discussion fora. I appreciate knowing about this and being aware. |
This doctor is too busy to serve their patients, so yeah, a new doctor will be enjoyable. |
