NP. I don’t skip meals. I will, however, eat all vegetables for dinner if I feel like I’ve overindulged at all during the day. It works out well enough. My favorite makeup meal is a plateful of steamed broccoli with lemon and Parmesan. So good.

This thread is a riot. Sometimes I eat entire box of donuts in the course of two days because I feel like it. After my last half Ironman I ate half a box and drank some high alcohol beer because I felt like it. I even had a burger and fries and a beer at lunch. That was after ~100g of carb/hour of in race sugar fueling. Crazy! Got very close to going under 4:30 that day, so I guess I must be doing something right.

But, I also intentionally eat Whole Foods, with lots of vegetables, fruit, and lean meats 99% of the time otherwise. It’s all purposeful and nobody should feel guilty about anything. Assuming you are healthy and moving.

That’s completely different than constantly eating garbage and not moving. That’s an entirely different story.
