Is it safe to drive? It's raining right now and I'm scared of ice. I know its 38F, but ice can form at sufficiently high atmospheric pressures. Is anyone sure atmospheric peessure is below 59,000 HG right now???

Why didn't they just close schools today? Doesn't Taylor care about our kids?
