NP. All restaurants use extra salt, fat and sugar, genius. |
That closed awhile ago. |
No, actually, I don't. Well, I will drive some distance to dine at the handful of DOC pizzerias around here. But not Mod PIzza or whatever you're asking about https://americas.pizzanapoletana.org/en/ The Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana is an international organization officially established on June 1984 by a group of Neapolitan people representing some of the oldest families of pizza makers and the most famous Neapolitan pizzerias, seeking to cultivate the culinary art of making Neapolitan pizza. Later on, the association was officially established by the Italian government as a denomination of control (DOC), a designation that made AVPN a legal entity able to give special designation to pizzerias who meet strict requirements that respect the tradition of the art of Neapolitan pizza making. |
You're the "crap" poster from the Trader Joe's thread, aren't you? You know you look like an idiot, right, asserting that you've knowledgable about food from everywhere in the 5th largest land mass nation in the world, home to 330 million people? Like when I grab a takeaway pizza at the train station in Roma, and it predictably tastes awful, I would be embarrassed to conclude that all food in the EU therefore must similarly be overprocessed, bland "crap." |
Hahaha, a food snob bragging about traveling miles for pizza. Amazing. |
And ignoring the many levels of pizza between Mod pizza and Neapolitan. PP is a true clown. |
Gross, no way. I'll take BF over OG any day. Portions are huge, gluttonous, flavorless. |
ALL FOOD in the U.S. GMAFB. I've traveled to Paris and a good many other places, including "small European towns in the middle of nowhere" in multiple countries over the years. And I'd agree most of the food there is better as it is fresh, more flavorful, using local ingredients, etc. But the pace of the meals are also different there and so meals are inherently more enjoyable, imo. But to say there are NO good restaurants in DC or in all of the US . . . that's just snobbery. Not to mention horrifically and ignorantly wrong. |
I wrote a difff PP, but yeah DC has no good restaurants comparedd to other cities. Not sure how liking and knowinv good food means small minded. It is also more expensive than the fanciest best restaurants in NYC |
