Tell me something weird or unique...

Same.

Well, I don’t need another one yet but I’m well on my way to it.

Wait, what?
Were you told this was a possibility? Is it a side effect of pregnancy?

I have extra ribs and it causes neck pain.

I have what I guess is a form of synesthesia. If it’s dark or I close my eyes, I experience certain sounds as bursts of light or patterns of light in various colors.

I can wriggle my ears. Also, one ear is a little farther back on the side of my head than the other ear.

They were being nice, but it got a little annoying. My son was as similarly patted in preschool and early elementary. My daughter doesn’t have this.

Have you been evaluated for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome? Hypotonia and elastic skin are common symptoms.

I can move just my baby toe.

I’m also missing a sinus cavity.

I only have one wisdom tooth. The dentist said it could have possibly grown taller than the other teeth because there isn’t one on the top to meet it. Luckily that didn’t happen.

Oddly, my DD also only has one wisdom tooth. It’s in the same place. She’s adopted.

Same! I always thought it was a mole until about 15 years ago my dermatologist told me it was actually a third nipple.

I have extra nipples too. a 3rd and 4th! one in each armpit. I just thought they were freckles until I got pregnant and the area around them grew and they became more prominent and I asked OBGYN who said they were extra nipples. One of them would leak milk.

I have zero.

Did you nurse from them?

Do you remember George Costanza's character from Pretty Woman? I have a barely discernible tail nub.

Huh interesting! I’m right handed (but somewhat ambidextrous; I do things right handed because teachers told me too after I kept switching on them) but strongly left eye dominant. Never had issues with reading.

I don’t even know one eye is dominant.

You can figure out your dominant eye by keeping both eyes open and looking straight ahead. Make a circle with one hand and hold it out at arm’s length. Find an object to focus on through the circle then slowly bring your arm to your face while still looking at the object. The eye it goes to is your dominant eye.

You also have a dominant ear!

I have this! I’m pretty sure it’s hereditary. My dad and brother have it, as do two of my three kids.

One of my front baby teeth grew in as two small teeth fused together. I had no memory of this until I looked at some old photos recently. Luckily my adult tooth was normal!

Also, the ligaments in my right hand aren’t wired properly or something. I can’t extend my pinky or ring finger independently. It doesn’t really impact my life, other than I can’t make the “I love you” ASL sign with that hand.

34 year old son still has one baby tooth in his upper jaw. Corresponding tooth on other side didn't drop out until he was almost 30. At times there have been concerns about the secondary teeth going the wrong direction but so far no problems.

No one told me. I had my first reduction 25 years ago after my pregnancies. It’s just where I gain weight.
