Synergy is a very unwieldy platform for report cards. APS even admitted it wasn’t designed for this use. One bug/feature is that users don’t have to just input information and save/update; there’s a separate “posting” step every teacher has to take for every class. One possibility here is that section didn’t get “posted” and it wasn’t caught. It can be fixed - just contact the school.

It's not a one time issue. That section has never appeared on an APS report card.

Yes my kid has one teacher who can not get it done. I've had to continually hound the teacher and the admin to get it sorted. All four quarters there was an issue. Whatever platform they are using is garbage.
