why?

Because there are only a handful of builders/lots available at any given time in N Arlington and the idea that this person is going to select based on ES is, according to every single poster, total nonsense. Since Cardinal is interchangeable with Nottingham for all intents and purposes. I mean, you’d decide to live in Nottingham but not Cardinal even if the lot was way better in Cardinal with a better builder? If so, you are obviously a moron.

And here is that lovely North Arlington charm. I asked a one word question and the response is that I must be a moron. OP, this is what you get in North Arlington unfortunately. If you want a friendlier community, look elsewhere.

I think that's just DCUM, who knows if that poster even lives in Arlington.

It's consistent with my experience with NA parents IRL.

DP Why would you make such an assumption based on one comment? The vast majority of comments have been thoughtful and not the least bit rude. If you actually think that comment reflects all the people in North Arlington and therefore the OP should move somewhere else then I'm sorry but you probably are a moron.

The comment was that it would be moronic to choose, for example, Nottingham over Cardinal if the lot/builder were significantly better in Cardinal because these N Arlington schools are somewhat interchangeable and boundaries are subject to change. The problem isn’t the original poster. And agree person who misinterpreted it is in all likelihood a moron.

Glebe also splits between Swanson & Hamm. Not sure why a PP thinks only one ES splits for MS.

None of those were schools on OP's list.

Doubling down on the insults probably isn't the best way to make your point.

Half the mothers in the school had babies at 45+. They should be featured in a fertility modern miracle article.

I love it when a thread goes off the rails. Keep it klassy DCUm.

OP is either sorry she asked this question, or highly entertained by the replies. Keep DCUM weird.

I'm enjoying this with my afternoon coffee break. And then you meet the dads (some who can be 5-10 years older).

Oh. That sounds normal to me. If you give birth to your last kid at 40 and your spouse is 5 years older, that gets you to 50 at K. That's a DMV thing.

oh and the second family phenom. Met a kid whose dad was easily 50 when the kid was born to second wife. had a sibling who was 25!
