Like most things involving modern communication technology, 988 suicide crisis line is not anonymous. 988 has a policy to identify anyone who threatens harm (to self or others) and does not sufficiently recant that threat during the call.

Many high school just gave the mandated suicide prevention training in the high schools during advisory time. Some kid likely want to punish everyone for it.

Kids used to bust in classes in the middle of class to beat up a kids that the gangster kids did not like and then when we would call security many times they did not arrive. Then came the bad teacher appraisals that were framed as bad classroom management that could justify the violence.

Holy crap, that's awful. There's a ton of violence at my son's school and one teacher was assaulted that I know of. I don't know what staff can do about kid brains in adult bodies being violent.
