What are your top choices heading into acceptance day?

It’s Sidwell or our IB public school. It’s the only private school we’re willing to pay for, honestly. However, I would be lying if I said it isn’t nerve racking to put all of our eggs into this one tiny basket. 4 pm cannot come quickly enough—ugh!

That’s kind of a weird position to take. Cathedral, GDS, Maret, Potomac are all pretty similar.

My child isn’t interested in a single gender school (NCS), and we live in UNW (so no to Potomac). My husband and I don’t want to pay for Maret or GDS. Our money, our choice.

I am so nervous that I am going to strike out. We applied to five, and I already knew I was waitlisted at Holton.
