It just depends. When life is reasonably stress free maybe 3-5 times a month. That is if I (DH) initiate. DW never, ever initiates but seems to enjoy once we get going. When there’s work stress/travel or bad PMS/hormones, maybe twice a month.

Changes week to week, and depends on how you define. PIV maybe once a week on average...oral either way every other day. PIA maybe once every 2 weeks. But sometimes we get in a weeks worth in a day, sometimes life gets in the way. We find time daily to just touch each other, hug, cuddle...early 40's.
