He’s a teen, so he wasn’t on parole. He was either awaiting trial in another case, pending sentencing in another case, on probation or committed to DYRS. Let’s all feign shock when it likely comes out this is another kid OAG okayed being released.

I’m not even sure that’s a crime anymore. There have been a lot of changes in the law.
