I like to carve turkey before guest arrive ?

Oh please don’t! We like it on the table and then it’s fun to carve. Dh usually takes it to the kitchen to carve. Or when my mom hosts she only cuts one side right before we sit down. So the bird is still pretty but sliced on one side.

We have never had the fly cooked turkey on the table. Why would you make everyone sit down and THEN take the turkey away and carve it for 20+ minutes in the kitchen? As the host or carver I’d be so annoyed I missed dinner!

If you wanna see the whole bird, get your butt in the kitchen and help cook. Otherwise, STFU.
