No, I had that for years and just upgraded to a bigger one with a light. Costco sells a good one, but it’s big. I got one from Amazon that you charge so it’s wireless which is good if you are not near an outlet

Well, they are short curly coarse and dark - not regular leg hair!

And you don't think that's just a product of age?
I've never heard of laser removal resulting in the growth of new hair elsehwhere, that seems like an old wives' tale to me, and like they are trying to cover themselves from people thinking something unscientific.

Dp here. The previous owners of our home installed this next to the vanity in our master bedroom. The wife was a few years older than me, so I suspect she dealt with this issue as well. It’s been very handy!!

You can by a home electrolysis kit on Amazon. It takes getting the hang of. But now that I know what to do, every time I get a new black chin hair I just pull it out instead of booking an appointment for a single hair.

I get eyebrow/lip/chin waxes every 6-8 weeks or so, and pluck or shave in between. It’s not that big of a deal.

This is OP - and I ordered one of those Braun IPL thingies yesterday. Will update with a review. I don't want to tweeze twice a day. I don't want to!

Can women who are a little older here give some more previews of what's coming, just so I can be prepared?

I was v surprised when my feet grew half a size in my 40s. I feel like someone should have given me a heads up about that one.

Heads up—try not to fall. I have always been a faller, miss a step or step wrong on a hill and take a tumble. No big deal. Well I fell last week and at 56, it is much worse. I am almost better but ugh, I can’t imagine if I was out of shape and not healthy. (PS I had professional electrolysis on my chin area in my 30s and none came back)
