The father's daughter was raped and the school board was trying their best to protect the rapist (and themselves).
Thanks for showing who you leftist cretins really are.

Both things can be true.

His daughter was raped and it was poorly handled by LCPS. AND he's a grade A a-hole.

It is unbelievable to me how much rape progressives are willing to live with. Ask Ashton and Mila and people here who think that dad didn't have a good reason to act that way. Shameful.

I’m not ok with rape.

He chose to politicize his own daughter’s rape. That’s pretty a-holeish.

DP. You are absolutely grotesque. He was seeking justice for his daughter who *HAD BEEN RAPED,* you utter moron.

Literally no one is excusing the rape.

The rape was bad.
Politicizing your daughter’s rape is also bad.

Sorry - nope. If this was your kid, you'd be doing whatever it takes to shine a light on this sordid situation. And if you deny that, then you're a terrible parent.

Being an a$$hole isn't a crime.

Not complying with police is a crime.

You're focusing on the wrong things. The school board abused its powers to try & intimidate a parent into staying quiet about his daughter's rape. He should resist. Call it a protest if you like. He shouldn't have been arrested or charged. He should have gotten the same treatment as the BLMers who lit stores on fire and looted shelves of luxury goods - cops looking the other way.

The rape was bad.
LCPS handled it poorly.
He politicized his own daughter’s rape.
He was disorderly at the SB meeting.

All of these things can be true.

I doubt he was trying to politicize his daughter's rape. He's not a Washingtonian mover/shaker. That's NOT how he would think. He was outraged by his daughter's rape. He was outraged that a boy wearing a skirt was able to enter the girl's bathroom. It's that simple. The people who are trying to drive this rhetoric that he tried to politicize his daughter's rape are gaslighting like crazy.

Thank you. They're the same people who tried insisting the border was secure - nothing to see there! Or that crime in San Francisco and other cities wasn't out of control. No problems! Absolute gaslighters, clearly doing some of their finest work on this thread.

She actually has the nerve to claim she "stands with the victims of sexual assault"? Wow.

Bravo, Gov. Youngkin.

The victim had 2 consensual encounters and 1 nonconsensual encounter in the bathroom, all before the new bathroom policy to allow the assailant student in the girls bathroom.

The bathroom policy really isn't relevant to the assault, but it's reasonable for some people to see a connection.

The pardon is reasonable because the father was grieving and the superintendent was lying denying the assault happened.

No one is fooled by the bad-faith accusations of "rape apologetics".

Did he do anything to shine the light on the serial rape situation, or only on the bathroom policy that came into force after the rape?

Why did he he have no problem with admin covering up the rape for over a year, until he could tie it to the bathroom policy?

Oh, you mean he should have been kettled and tear gassed and thrown in a black van by unidentified government agents, like the BLM protesters were?

Some may have been. Many more have walked away with no consequence. Both can be true.

They were arrested for disorderly conduct, right?

Or waiting over a year for the admin staff to do something, anything, instead of pretending it didn't happen.

Good for Youngkin.

This father should have never been arrested/prosecuted.

But only if the raped person was white and/or conservative. Had this been a POC, the same apologists we see here would be picketing in the streets. And they have the nerve to call the girls' father an "ahole"? Wow. Just disgusting.

Seriously! I thought liberals were all about protecting women and girls from predatory men!?

Is this sarcasm? You can only be governor once in Virginia.

Also, love him or hate him, Youngkin is too smart to run next year. He'll wait until 2028 when he has a chance.

Loudoun Sheriff arrested him.
