Where in DMV should my 75 year old parents move?

To the selfish question- I am not asking them to move here, rather the area they live in NE no longer has any friends or family, and they are quite frankly very bored there, and see that this areas offers more that they like to do- theater, museums, they have some friends here, etc. I had encouraged them to spend the entire year in Florida as they love their place there, but for various reasons that isn't their preference.

They spend October to April in Florida.

Definitely the Deathchester then.

Depending how n their budget, there are a couple of senior-specific apartment buildings in Tenleytown. The less-expensive one is Friendship Terrace, and I’m blanking on the name of the more-expensive one but I think it’s within a block or two of the Tenleytown library. As far as I know, both have independent apartments but services like emergency pull-cords and some meal services.
