Im looking in 900k-1m price range and there is no inventory. Anything decent is a circus with double booked showings and multiple offers. Passed on a really good place a few weeks ago in part because I didn't want to be in the millionth bidding war.

So everyone is still out of town this week? Low listings last weekend due to the holiday, so I assumed we'd get a small surge starting today for the upcoming weekend to make up for it, but it's crickets.
