No. The law being referred to in this thread does apply to MCPS. They didn't follow Maryland law. Obviously, that has to be repeated a good 100 times for some to understand that, but no worries. It will be repeated until you get it. |
Thanks for clearing up another fake scandal. |
Wrong thread. This thread is about MCPS not following Maryland law that required them to report and take certain steps after a critical incident at a public school. It's Maryland law, not federal and MCPS already admitted that they didn't follow the law. It's all cleared up. MCPS did not follow Maryland law.on 3 critical incidents. Blair, Clarksburg and Magruder. 3. 3 critical incidents. 3 times did not follow the law. |
File this along with bocce and the kids museum. |
Was this the knife fight in the parking lot at church all last year? |
Fake scandal? Where are all those bocce ball courts built at all Middle Schools in MCPS using Federal covid grant money again? (Yeah, if I were afraid of being arrested, I'd be on this board hammering away..)

Violence at W's typically is swept under a rug. |

|
Of course! What happens at Ws stays at Ws! |
So this is just twisted into another imaginary grievance. |
Wrong thread. This thread is about violation of MARYLAND LAW, not the Cleary Act which has nothing to do with MCPS. But the MCPS PR department is well paid to continue to post incorrect information to distract from the fact that MCPS failed to follow Maryland law. MCPS even admitted they failed to follow Maryland law. |
Are you the same person who always complains about "MCPS PR" whenever another poster disagrees with you? It's tiresome and makes you appear paranoid. |
I'm pretty sure they are the same person who does that and complains about all these faux scandals which amount to nothing. |
MCPS still didn't report critical incidents as required by law. MCPS admitted to not following the law. |
