Kanye's mom was not equipped to manage his illness as a kid. Kim will likely have all these kids in therapy and being monitored from birth. And frankly, we don't know if Chicago and Psalm are his kids genetically. They probably are though.

While it certainly does not guarantee a good outcome, children like this who are equipped with tools to manage an illness from the youngest possible age have a much better chance of flourishing as healthy adults then people who aren't treated and their illness goes unchecked.

These kids also will have seen him spiral their whole lives and have a motivation to treat an illness if it arises. I mean I'm not saying its going to be a good outcome, but I also don't think it is fair or right or even likely that these four kids will grow up to be as destructive as he is.

This is untrue. Kanye’s mom was a professor and he was diagnosed and medicated during childhood. Kanye himself has said that she declined to “fully medicate” him at age 5 which seems to imply he was on some level of medication and is actually a completely valid choice that some parents of very young children make given that studies of young children on psychiatric medication are limited. What you are seeing now is the very real reality that when someone is over 18 you can’t make them do anything.

I know a lot of parents with kids with mental health struggles because I’m a SN mom but not every bad outcome is due to bad parenting nor can you guarantee anything by doing things the right way and getting support. Many of these people have multiple kids with the same issues that end up in drastically different outcomes.

I love celebrity gossip just like the next guy; however when I see someone mouthing off nonsense just to stay relevant it makes me cringe. Kanye should be focusing on sharing his enormous talent with his fans.
He should create more music and focus more on being a designer.

I mean....he has mental health issues. Next year it'll be something different. My brother is bipolar and he's all over the place. What he's saying is wrong, but he's sick. The media needs to stop reporting it and he needs to get on meds.
