Kids in 10 years are going to have it rough though, you will have to do everything using home supplementation and tutors, education will suffer more, the entire educational system is failing miserably and everyone like how do we get more people to become teachers? Seriously? You can’t keep the ones you had, why ever would more want to work for you?

Do you really want anti-vax era teaching science?

I can answer that: You do not because that is a person who misunderstands science.

Yes, because very little science backs a brand new vaccine so much so they had to change the definition of vaccine to fit since this particular vaccine doesn’t actually stop the spread of anything. So I’d trust that person over the idiots in there now that are not aware of / too lazy/ in the pocket of someone to recognize issues and fix the reasons that teachers are dropping like flies.

Teachers in Montgomery county can't strike

Ok. They cant strike. So if they strike, they MCPS fires them. Then we have no teachers. MCPS could not possibly fill the entire school system with licensed teachers without drawing from the existing teacher base. Maybe they could hire veterans like they’re doing in Florida but I don’t know how a veteran with no experience is going to be able teach AP Physcis….

How can you prevent people from striking?

Eventually they just quit, which is what they’re doing now.
