+1 to the ChickFilA Peach milk shake. We buy it for our teen DC when we buy him his fav sandwich, and then as a service tax, we take around 4 ounces of the milk shake, pour it over chopped peaches and eat it for our dessert. Sooooo good. We are trying to watch our weight and sugar intake so we make it a bit healthier for ourselves.

You charge your kids a service tax?

NP. Yes, I do. My kids know they have to give up one or two CFA fries.

To answer OP’s question:

McDs hot fudge with nuts. Bonus if you ask them to put caramel or fudge on the bottom.
Any CFA shake
Arby’s Jamoca shake
Potbelly cookies (sugar is my fave)

The fat girl in me gives a +1 to every answer, except Taco Bell Cinnamon things.

I don't ask this to yuck anyone's yum, but I don't like Shake Shack's shakes at all (Team Elevation Burger shakes here). Are they milkshakes or are they, as someone's comment suggested, frozen custard? Because that would explain it.

Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies at Burger King are to die for.

I'm sure they are custard. I'm not a big fan, but their custard by itself is fantastic. Not quite as good as a frosty though.

OP here-Has anybody actually had one of those cookie dough brownies from Little Caesars? Cuz I want to know, am I the only one who thinks that's the best thing I ever tasted?

I don’t think I’ve ever actually had Little Caesars? Now you have me curious about both the pizza and the cookie dough brownies.

My brother sent out a family wide text message about them. I told him they look gross, but that's just how I respond to him in general (it's mutual, we still act like we are 8 & 10).

So that makes two of you

If you don't like cookie dough or brownies or m&ms you wouldn't like them, but I still say they are awesome! I very rarely get pizza from Little Caesars although their thin crust pepperoni commercials look really good, but I do occasionally stop in just to buy a package or two of those brownies.

I could eat the potbelly oatmeal cookies and chocolate milkshake every day.

And the salted caramel 5 guys milk shake.

Will have to try that little Cesar’s Brookie! I am being educated here!

I liked the McD ice cream better in the 70s. I think they changed the recipe sometime in the 80s or 90s to have less fat and more chemicals.

For me it's mostly nostalgic, since I honestly haven't had any of these in a long time, but:
McDonald's strawberry shake
DQ Butterfinger Blizzard - yummmmmmm

Had a Sonic shake the other day for the first time and it was really good. I like CFA shakes but Sonic was even better. Their burgers are actually my favorite fast food burger as well.

I like Frosty's too but was not as impressed with the strawberry as I thought I would be. It was good but nothing special.
