What did he have done? I want you to lay it out for me, step by step. ELI5. |
| His face is fine. Looks like his ears stick out a bit and he’s covered them with his hair. He is ripped. I guess I find him about average attractiveness for a star, but I still think his character in Girls was waaay to creepy. |
|
His SNL sketch where he portrayed Pete Davidson’s old/grumpy Father is one of the best SNL sketches in the show’s history. I love how uncannily he made Pete break character over and over again. Mortaki (sp) couldn’t look him in the eye without cracking up.
And when Driver hit the bird on the ground, even Aidy Bryant broke character! Everyone was trying not to laugh yet Adam Driver remained stoic, deep in character and did not even for a second, crack at all. He should have been nominated for an Emmy for that guest spot! |
He did such a good job in that movie. So did Gaga. I was loving her with the dark hair - freaking gorgeous! |
It was campy. The critics panned it and it preformed poorly at the box office. Maybe it will become a cult favorite in 10 years |
| It’s incredible the way some people can act their way into attractiveness. |
|
1. The SNL skit wasn't funny. He fully committed and delivered the lines, but the lines were lame.
2. He has a weak chin and a big nose. That look doesn't appeal to me. 3. IMO, he has a nasal voice. 4. He's tall, lean, and fit. That's a plus. |
NP. He looks the same, just older and with different hair. The 2018 photo, where he's clean shaven and with short hair, looks like the younger pictures. |
I wouldn't say panned. It's still Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes at 63% "House of Gucci vacillates between inspired camp and dour drama too often to pull off a confident runway strut, but Lady Gaga's note-perfect performance has a timeless style all its own." |
2018 noise isn't 2008 nose. Basically the same angle but not same nose. But this cosmetic surgery thing doesn't take anything away from his acting. |
It’s the same nose. You’re delusional. |
| He was terrific alongside Andrew Garfield in Silence. |
| If you find Adam Driver intriguing, please do yourself a favor and check him out in Paterson and Marriage Story, he is excellent in both. |
And in The Dead Don’t Die, in his little smart car
|
That movie was so much fun - thanks for the reminder, I think I’ll watch it again tonight! |
