I would prioritize Versailles (which will take the better part of a day, outside of the city), over The Louvre. The area around Sacre Coeur is a great neighborhood. Watch artists paint for tourists, have a crepe, and enjoy wonderful views of the city.
The time will fly. Don’t overschedule. |
Op here. We did go to Versailles and my kids said it was their favorite part of France. Day 1: We did Musee Orsay and Louvre on one day while walking by the river. Day 2: Versailles Day 3: Shopping, cafes, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, tracadero, Eiffel Tower We were jet lagged so we would wake up past noon daily. We only had 3 days in Paris but felt like we did enough. Dh and I have both been to Paris 2-3x. I’m sure my kids will be back as well. |
