Rising Kindergartener at APS - first timers here - what should we expect?

Most schools do summer kindergarten playdates where you can meet the other parents. Contact the pta.

People can tell me to chill too, but I am also a planner who was frustrated by the lack of information from our ES when my kid entered K — and I STILL feel like I don’t know things, even though I’ve tried to be as involved as reasonable (given parents weren’t allowed in classrooms, etc, and this was our first year with APS).

There were so many things I was supposed to know but didn’t… I was very jealous of friends who got welcome packets with all the dos and don’ts
