This. I live in AZ and run outside even in the summer. You adjust to wake up earlier and do stuff when it's cooler. It's 102 right now and I have not spontaneously combusted yet. |

My sister lives in Austin and we visit in July sometimes because it's easier for me to go when kids are out of school. It'll be 100* from 8am to 8pm or longer, and I won't spend more than 15 minutes outside per day.
Barton Springs sounds wonderful on a blistering day, but have you been there lately? It's crowded, people everywhere blaring their music and screaming. Not a blissful cold steam experience. |
