I am no longer and have serious issues with the church and how Catholicism is implemented by the church and practitioners (not all but a lot of them). It's fine if you are good with it but it's not for us and, since it's not, I did not send DC to Catholic School. |
Which other religious schools are relatively affordable, that are not catholic? I grew up going to Mass but have similar qualms about catholic school for my own kids. |
| Haycock is a fine school. Most of the St. James and St. Luke's families I know that left Haycock were due the FCPS school closure during Covid. That isn't a factor now. The other reasons are their kids are not very academic so they were Gen Ed at Haycock. At the Catholic schools, they can get more support and stand out more. |
