Can't cut carbs...

Hi op!

I found that I can cut flour, but not all carbs.

So I have 100% cornmeal based stuff, rice (surprised I’ve been doing all brown rice, but I would allow myself white rice too). I do potatoes - so far sweet potatoes only but I’d allow myself any potato.

I’ve been doing it for 1.5 weeks. The only exceptions I could turn down was a pack of crackers, which immediately I realized I could have just turned down. I have made rolls, toast, sandwiches, quesadillas, cereal, bagels for my family, and I have been able to stay away.

I have lost 3 lb in that short time.

Try cutting flour and sugar but not necessarily all carbs. I’ve tried 0 or few carbs before and hasn’t worked. I crave carbs so hard. This approach is working pretty well.
