DH got one of those and it’s really attractive on him. Usually company logo stuff is ugly, but Patagonia makes nice stuff. |
My company gave us Bombas socks (healthcare) which I thought were really dumb at the time but now I totally love them and think they’re the best socks ever.
We also got a logo fleece blanket and folding chair which I keep in my trunk and use regularly for evening baseball practices and games. |
There’re people who don’t drink because they’re philosophically against it or alcoholics. Alcohol is a horrible idea.
I agree that gift cards are the best. I’d pick Amazon or local spa. |
Nope |
Cash. Or time off. But the last thank you gift I received at work was one bag of microwave popcorn, so what do I know. |
Goldbelly is a great idea.
If you can pay to have someone put together a nice box with a $100-$150 gift card plus a branded water bottle or Yeti plus a "welcome to the event" card that's really nice. |
Ummmm I’m poor so…I’ll still take the cash. I can’t imagine getting all the useless stuff in this thread but maybe that’s how it’s done in the private rich sector. |
Aren't the gifts also taxable? I'm no exec, but years ago at my part time job in a nursing home for awhile they did this thing where you earned point to use to buy crap from some catalogue, and I'm positive the cash value showed up on my pay stub even though that catalog was the only place where I could use the points. |
High quality umbrella, wine and cheese, high end pen like Mont Blanc are all good ideas.
I have tons of Yeti bottles and I would not like sweets or any kind. |
How about a high quality bluetooth speaker (sonos, bose, JBL?). |
Cash, the Uber eats GC or Amazon GC.
All of these other ideas are terrible and will be loved or never used. I don’t want head shots, a jacket, tumbler or champagne. Please no pens or anything with the logo. |
$250 VISA gift card. |
You'll pay taxes on any corporate gift over the amount of $25. Might as well give cash. |
