Recommendation for less selective school with same urban proximity as Northwestern?

Butler (Indianapolis) and University of Richmond both have this feel, but albeit to smaller cities.

Lesley University, in Cambridge. Not selective and right on top of Harvard. Anyone who who likes Evanston would probably like Cambridge.
