Do you drink Tart Cherry Juice?

What do you think of it? My FIL started drinking it mixed with sparkling water. I read about all its health benefits, and it sounds wonderful!
But, when I saw the label at the store today, it has 20g of sugar per 8oz glass. Is it worth all the sugar? Any nutritionists that can weigh in on whether it's all it's cracked up to be? |

are you looking at the pure cherry juice concentrate? There's not that much sugar. And you don't drink 8 oz at once. You put maybe a quarter cup into a big glass and fill the rest with sparkling water. It's pretty strong. And tart, not sweet!

OP here. Yes, I think so. It was pure cherry juice. It didn't taste like that much sugar, but the label says 20g, which seems high? But, you're right, if I just put a little in the cup, it's less than 8 oz. |

Supposed to be good if you're having issues sleeping. Also good to regulate blood pressure. |
