What do you think of this wall sconce?

I think I love it but is it just a light bulb hanging on our wall? I also don't want dated fixtures so will this look too trendy 5-10 years down the road?

It depends upon its function and location. I like the fact that it is solid brass, which is a semi-noble metal, but would need to know more. I almost love it's sculptural look, also. Price-wise, it's a tad steep, but solid brass is visibly real brass, and it ages beautifully and reflects a warm glow.

Me again. I think it would be great in an art studio, with a halogen bulb.

I don't think it would look good with anything but a fancy, expensive bulb. So I'd take a pass.
