Crossville, TN?

OK, complete shot in the dark here.

I am trying to throw a 50th anniversary party for my parents, who live in Crossville. Can anyone recommend a hotel, banquet hall, restaurant or decent caterer for an event like this? I don't want to ask my parents for too much help and I have had no luck searching on the web for anything suitable. Their church does not rent any rooms for private parties and was very unhelpful when I called to inquire about it. My parents retired there and we stay with them when we visit, so I really have no feel for the town at all.

I am aiming for anywhere from mid- to high-end for about 75-100 guests.
