Crowdsourcing ideas for odd layout in house?

My house has an odd layout and I just cannot figure out what to do about it and how to use the space. I hired an architect to think about ideas for restructuring, but that didn't really work because my house has load bearing walls in odd places. I guess I could now hire an interior designer, but I wonder if there are websites where I could upload the floor plan and get ideas from people on what to do with my strange space. I would love to get ideas from a lot of people who may be able to kick some ideas around.

The GardenWeb Forums does this under both their kitchen section and home remodeling section.
The Houzz website just took them over but if you search Garden Web Forums, I believe they pop up in the right section of Houzz. |
