| I don't think I have ever seen someone who was not attractive with dimples. |
| Ya know, I've never thought about it, but you may be right! |
| Melissa McCarthy |
She is not unattractive. She is fat and that may make some people judge her, but she is not unattractive. |
Agreed. Her features aren't messed up, which IMO is what makes someone unattractive, not their weight. |
| Dimples generally are ugly. |
| Dimples mean the angels have kissed you. Therefore, you cannot be physically unattractive with dimples. Mentally, you can be a hot mess |
| never considered it but now that you bring it up, I agree. I love dimples! Wish I had them. My daughter has them and she is pretty cute IMHO. |
I'll take that as a compliment!

She looks exactly like a plus sized Kate Middleton. Facially they look alike. |

I love dimples. I think they make an otherwise unattractive person more attractive, like the actress Heather Mattarazzo.
My DHs dimples are so cute. |
| If the dimples overtake the face, then they are less attractive. In other words, if they are what you see first, or if they are the most prominent facial feature. I have seen some huge dimples that look almost disfiguring. But cute, normal or small dimples are nice. |
| I have a facebook friend with a kid maybe around 9 who had dimples. I feel cruel for putting this into words, but the kid is unattractive. I tried to blame it on her weight problem or terrible haircut, but that's not it all all. She just is flat out unattractive. (And now I feel like the worst person in the world for calling a 9 year old butt ugly) |
| Occasionally you see someone with asymmetrical or oddly placed dimples, that is not attractive, but usually people with dimples are attractive. As a child I tried creating a dimple with my pencil eraser and it sort of worked but it didn't make me more attractive. I did not do it on both sides which might have been the problem. |
| Re the 9 year old comment, I find that most kids go through an awkward, ugly stage between ages 8 and about 14. Then eventually they grow into their features and most develop a unique beauty. |
