backsplash to match granite (St. Cecelia)?

We are having granite installed soon and want to add a backsplash to compliment it. Anyone have this granite and can recommend their tile? I want it to be as 'timeless' as possible, as I don't want it to feel dated in a couple of years.

Do you think glass tile? or more of a stone or ceramic tile? Pretty sure we want to go with the subway tile shape...either mini or traditional size.

NOT glass. I would recommend a nice porcelain tile that compliments the santa cecilia (either cream, white, etc) or a light marble subway tile.

Don't get ceramic... it's cheap and if it's chipped the color isn't the whole way through. Porcelain > ceramic.
