... but feel perfectly fine this morning! It was bad last night - throbbing head, stuffed up sinuses, runny nose and sneezing. Could I be developing allergies this late in life? I have never been allergic to anything before. Or when you get older does your immune system kick into high gear faster?
I am new to this Over 50 stuff. I also live in Los Angeles where we are having unseasonably warm weather and I always keep the windows open. |

Sounds like I feel when I have an allergy "attack".
You can develop allergies at any time in life. |
| Allergies. We live in Florida right now the pollen in unreal. My car was yellow yesterday. It's supposed to rain tonight. Hoping that will wash some of it away. |
| I have had these type of symptoms--and had had them disappear the next day. It never occurred to me that it was an allergic reaction. Yes though, I have had other terrible obvious allergy symptoms since 50. I have a tickle in my ears and and an itchy nose year round. I also keep windows open all winter here in DC. It's just too stuffy and hot in the hot otherwise. No real colds and no flu--so far. (I had a flu shot, of course, but still.) |
