| Are there any that you recommend more than others or think are better/worse? I've never done this before, so I'd love suggestions! TIA |
| wondfo |
+1. Cheap and easy. I got them on Amazon. |
| Wondfro on Amazon- they have ovulation/pregnancy in one package. |
| Thanks! I just ordered some. So, do you wait until a few days before you're likely to ovulate, or are you testing all the time? According to my cycle, it looks like I should start testing around day 10. Do others do this or test earlier? |

they all have directions similar to that. if your cycles are regular, don't worry -- you're not going to miss it. the number of days between ovulation and periods is usually around 10-18 days (i think, if i remember TCCOYF right), and the instructions give you plenty of days to make sure you'll catch it.
i also recommend wondfo. at first, it drove me crazy thinking "is this line darker than that one? the same?" but then i realized there was a clear pattern developing -- the linesn got darker and darker and then got lighter and lighter, so even when i didn't get a clear positive, if the line was dark, it was time to get busy. and getting busy a day or so early isn't a problem, especially if you keep getting busy as the line gets darker. |
| clearblue smiley face. no guessing. |
| Once you get your first positive on the wondfo it's like "OH, of course"--it is MUCH darker than the control line. I start about 2-3 days before my earliest ovulation of the last few months. |
I'm sure the strips work but another vote for Clearblue digital ADVANCED tests. They're obviously much more expensive than the strips, but they are much easier to read. You get a smiley face, a blinking smiley face, or a circle. Even a monkey couldn't mess that up. Worked for me for two pregnancies with no guesswork.

| Absolutely Clearblue Advanced with the smiley face. The strips NEVER worked for me |
